According to my personal impression and my friends, for the Japanese people, English is a very difficult language. As long as I learn English for a long time, honestly I feel how difficult it is to master a foreign language lessons. Reasons why the English language is difficult for Japanese people, my opinion is as follows :

(1) In the English language there are many elusive sound and pronounced by the Japanese.

(2) English and Japanese grammatical structure are very different.

(3) In English there are many vocabulary words that mean the same but feel different in their use.

In particular, I am very hard to overcome the problem of phonetic and I got to thinking one-sided that the Japanese, including me, are less talented in languages. In addition, although I am getting an interest in other languages ​​including Asian languages, but because without the willingness to actually learn it, without realizing the time just pass you by. But nearly 10 years, with no intentional I started dabbling with Asian languages, and when I try to taste Asian languages, and I realized my mistake. Japanese people speak not without talent, but to the Japanese people who have a strong memory and diligently, often said to be more quickly master Asian languages ​​such as Korean and Hindi languages, including the ability to speak.

Similarities between Korean and Hindi language is on the following points, which for the Japanese makes them learn a second language.

(1) The structure of the grammar is similar to Japanese (the word order is really the same, including Verbs placed later).
(2) There is little sound elusive or pronounced by the Japanese, but the opposite of these languages ​​is considered as a difficult language for Westerners.

Indonesian is also for the Japanese is a language that is relatively easy to learn. Grammatical structures in Japanese and Indonesian language is quite different, but the sound in the Indonesian language is very easy listening and pronounced.
